After your payment has been cleared (up to 3 working days), you should receive your order in approximately 7 - 10 working days for most capital cities. Outside capital cities and regional areas may take longer. Please note that your order will not be shipped until payment has been approved (up to 3 working days).
Goods will be delivered by courier (signature will be required on delivery). Returns

Top Shoe International Pty Ltd (ChilliKids) offers a full satisfaction guarantee. So if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer you a full refund on the return of your purchase within 10 days of receipt. A receipt is required as proof of purchase. Please enclose receipt and merchandise and mail to:

Please return all items back to us via registered mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling costs back to chillikids.

No refund or exchange will be offered unless all goods are unworn, tags still attached and packaging is undamaged.
